As Chief Operating Officer, Carlos Roa brings a powerful combination of academic excellence and entrepreneurial expertise to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, a Master’s in Public Health, and a Doctorate of Law specializing in Sports and Contract Law, showcasing his commitment to excelling across diverse disciplines.  

Carlos is a seasoned entrepreneur and the founder of a boutique international sports management firm representing an impressive roster of athletes in soccer, track and field, and tennis. In addition, he serves as International Counsel to the Panamanian Olympic Committee and the Panamanian National Soccer Team, applying his expertise in negotiations involving athletes, sponsorships, and apparel partnerships. Prior to joining Zieher Law, Carlos refined his skills at one of New York City’s leading and largest personal injury law firms, where he managed a litigation department, in addition to being President of Operations of an attorney services company. His professional journey reflects a unique blend of legal expertise, operational leadership, and a deep understanding of negotiations, client care and the sports industry.  

Outside of work, Carlos is passionate about fitness, sports, and travel. These pursuits not only reflect his commitment to a balanced lifestyle but also enhance his dynamic approach to leadership, aligning seamlessly with his multifaceted role.
