Maria C. Zieher is a civil litigation attorney in New York City, who focuses her practice in the areas of personal injuries, wrongful death, and Surrogate’s Court matters, specifically wrongful death and infant compromise proceedings. Ms. Zieher has successfully litigated and tried cases in State Courts throughout New York.

 

Ms. Zieher is a born and raised New Yorker. She received her undergraduate degree from Queens College and her Juris Doctor from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While attending Hofstra Law School, Ms. Zieher participated in the Hofstra Courtroom Advocates Project and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy trial techiques. In addition, she interned for Judge Kim Dollard, Richmond County Civil Court Judge, the Nassau County Attorney’s Office and a well-known Long Island personal injury firm.
